Moonlight Casita Home Rental- sleeps 8 This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is a beach front home with multi-colored walls and Mexican artisan tile throughout. The master bedroom is beach front with a fireplace, a king size bed and its own private full bathroom. This bathroom has an open shower with custom Mexican tiles. The second bedroom is cozy with a queen bed and a full bathroom across the hall. There is a large back room with four twin beds and a half bathroom. This large room has its own entrance that faces into the private garden courtyard. The courtyard is ready for summer with a barbecue and table and chairs where you can relax and escape the ocean breezes, which sometimes pick-up in the afternoon.
There is an ocean side front patio which has a partially closed area protected from the wind and sun. It is equipped with a table and chairs, where you can eat and also a small sofa where you can watch the waves roll in. This opens into a large open patio which has chaise lounge chairs, umbrella and firepit (all you need is marshmallows and wood!). The amazing view of the sandy beach and ocean waves can be enjoyed not only from the master bedroom, but also the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and new cabinets. For once you won't mind doing the dishes because the kitchen sink looks out on the ocean. The living room has high-open beam ceilings and a fire place. There is also Satellite TV and DVD player, but you probably won't want to watch TV because of the large windows with the upclose ocean view. This beautiful beach front home is on a peaceful six mile walking beach. The water is shallow, which is great for kids and further back the waves pick up for the body boarders and surfers. Almost daily dolphins can be observed in the early morning and late evening, when they come close to the beach to feed. The house is also equipped with a longboard surfboard and a kayak that can be enjoyed either in the ocean or the back bay behind the house. Satellite TV is available. This cozy quiet home is in a great location! It is secluded from the city of Ensenada but it is in an “American enclave”, which makes it safe and secure. There is 24 hour security within the enclave. To the south there is the La Bufadora Peninsula, which is known for the famous "Blowhole". To the west are the islands of Todos Santos, just a few miles off shore. To the east there is the well known Estero Lagoon and ecological bird sanctuary. This property is dog friendly! Additional deposit is required.
