Rents for $175.00 to $200.00 a night 3 night minimum.
 
Also, O-1 the beachfront "casita" in front, can be RENTED TOGETHER with O-2 as an "overflow" house for larger groups.
The rate would be an additional $100.00 a night (3-night minimum), or $600.00 a week (6 nights/7 days).

 "O-2 is directly behind O-1, but with an unobstructed view of the sand and ocean in front, and the lagoon and mountains in back, as the living quarters are one level up, and V-1is ONE house to the right of O-2 on the beach".
